  APPLICATIONS FOR ASSISTANCE ARE ACCEPTED ONLY BY REFERRAL FROM A GROWING NETWORK OF AGENCIES ON BEHALF OF ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS.  Individuals seeking assistance, contact the agency you are working with to determine if you are eligible for a grant.
